Introduction
COUNSENUTH has received funds for the operation of its Gender and Nutrition Program in Chemba District, Dodoma for the 4th financial year. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment for the procurement of company/firm to drill and construct complete boreholes at Chemba DC in Dodoma Region. COUNSENUTH through the Lishe – Kijinsia Program under the financial support of Irish Aid, facilitated drilling of water wells in the neediest villages as per the district priorities to improve availability and access of clean and safe water which in turn will contribute to improved WASH practices hence nutrition situation in the communities.
Scope of Service
COUNSENUTH invites Quotations from eligible and registered local suppliers who can
drill the productive borehole depth 150m – 340m deep, 220m diameter, well development and capping casing 6’’diameter, cleaning, pumping test and water quality analysis.
Criteria
Quote should be valid for at least 30days
Current and updated company profile must be submitted
Copies of registration certificate, valid business license, TIN number and any other relevant documents
Evidence of similar work/assignment with at least three references from clients served must be submitted
Payment terms must be indicated
Late or incomplete document will not be accepted
Selection criteria will be lowest or reasonable price, technically evaluated, meeting specification and other criteria described above
Should provide an EFD receipt after the payment for the service has been issued
