The Centre for Counselling, Nutrition and Health Care (COUNSENUTH), is a Non–Profit, indigenous Non – Governmental Organization established in 1998 with an initial registration number SO. NO 9495 under the Ministry of Home Affairs, currently with a new certificate with registration number 00NGO/R1/00199 under the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Group. COUNSENUTH is on the lookout for a dynamic and proficient entity to take charge of our Program Data Warehouse (CPDW) System Maintenance and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

CPDW Hosting:
- Provide hosting services for CPDW with necessary server specifications (6 VCPU cores, 16GB RAM), backup mechanisms, server availability, system upgrades, and security patches.

CPDW System Maintenance:
- Ensure optimal system functionality through regular maintenance, including additional reporting forms, mobile-friendly interfaces, data migration, troubleshooting, and prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Implement upgrades and updates for improved performance and expand functionalities to accommodate other COUNSENUTH programs.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Support:
- Offer technical support for M&E activities, including statistical analyses using STATA, visualization in CPDW, updating data management tools and M&E frameworks, and consultations.
- Customize M&E processes to align with organizational goals and extract meaningful insights from data for informed decision-making.
- Provide guidance on optimizing data collection and analysis.
Call for Application:
Interested experts (Individuals or Firms) with proven experience in ICT systems development, hosting, maintenance, and M&E support, along with familiarity with industry standards and best practices, are encouraged to apply. Applicants must possess relevant registrations, valid licenses, TIN Numbers, etc.
