The Centre for Counselling, Nutrition and Health Care (COUNSENUTH), a Non–Profit, indigenous Non – Governmental Organization established in 1998 with registration number SO. NO 9495 under the Tanzania Ministry of Home Affairs and later issued a new certificate with registration number 00NGO/R1/00199 in July 2023 under the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women and Special Group. COUNSENUTH headquarters is located at Plot No. 8 Sam Nujoma Road, Mikocheni B, P.O. Box 8218, Dar es Salaam.
Scope of Service: COUNSENUTH is seeking quotations from eligible and registered local suppliers for the supply and installation of Solar Water Pumps, Solar Modules, and the construction of Water Towers and one Domestic Water Point.
Criteria:
- Quotes should be valid for at least 30 days.
- Current and updated company profiles must be submitted.
- Copies of registration certificates, valid business licenses, TIN numbers, and other relevant documents must be provided.
- Evidence of similar work/assignments with at least three references from clients served must be submitted.
- Payment terms must be indicated.
- Late or incomplete documents will not be accepted.
- Selection criteria will prioritize the lowest or reasonable price, technical evaluation, meeting specifications, and other specified criteria.
- EFD receipt must be provided after payment for the service.
- Applicants must provide certification of their work.
