In 2023, the Centre continued to implement its CSR projects namely the Nutrition Care and Support Services at the Ocean Road Cancer Institute (ORCI), where dietary counselling was provided to cancer patients and their relatives on how to manage challenges related to cancer treatment. Wasichana Leadership is a project that provides Secondary School education to girls, coming from vulnerable families that cannot afford costs related to secondary education. This project is made possible through financial support from the Centre’s staff and friends.
The third project is an Interns/Volunteers project, which is focused on providing fresh graduates with opportunities to gain knowledge and skills through field practice via placements in COUNSENUTH programs to enable these interns or volunteers to become employable.
